Hoi An is a decent, large, government-run hotel with a range of room types, and is conveniently close to all of Hoi An's many attractions.
The Hotel has 120 staff members. All staff have been trained professionally in schools specializing in tourism in Ho Chi Minh City and Hue, have experience in serving foreign and Vietnamese guests. The hotel was awarded Top Ten Best Hotel in 1999, 2001, 2002, 2003, and 2004 by Viet Nam National Administration of Tourism and Best Service Hotel in 2004 by The Guie magazine.

No cancellation charge if the reservation is cancelled before 7 days of arrival.
First room night will be charged if any cancellation made less than 7 days of arrival.
